The world was struck with the tragedy of Paul Walker’s
death. Ominously he died in a car accident.
There were scenes in the last Fast and Furious movie that
Paul Walker did not finish shooting. The producers were able to complete the
movie and complete Paul’s unfinished scenes. The way that they did this was by
using computer- generated imagery (CGI) and Paul’s brothers, Cody and Caleb
walker.
The brothers filled in for the scenes that Paul did not
finish. They then created a CGI of Paul walker’s face and placed it on his
brothers while they were filming the unfinished scenes.
WETA, the well-known digital effects company, was able to
recreate Walker in the final scenes of Fast and Furious 7.
